The Highs and Lows Tour is a cycling event that will take you through the mountains and valleys of New Hampshire. We ride to support NAMI New Hampshire and to help remove the stigma associated with mental illness.
Pick your distance! A Century, 40 miles or 22 miles. Our bike-friendly routes are just challenging enough for you to push yourself and allow you to enjoy the natural beauty of the hills and valleys of New Hampshire.

Breakfast will be served starting at 6:00am at The Common Man in Plymouth, NH, then we roll out at 7:30 am to kick off the 2023 Highs and Lows Tour!

Reverend Patty is a devoted pastor who sees, first-hand, the growing need for for resources to help those struggling with substance abuse and mental illness.
Our inaugural Highs and Lows Tour was more than we could have hoped for and we look forward to many more tours. The cycling event enabled us to raise awareness and funds for NAMI New Hampshire (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and to help remove the stigma of mental illness.
